Woods Poem by Raven Maloy

Woods

Rating: 5.0

Leave me in the dark and deep forest
Lying on the white spotted dirt
I want the numbness from the cold
To embrace me
Like a gentle and caring lover
Hold me in its arms
I want to surrender my feelings
And let my mind drift away
As my breath gets heavier
And the fog thicker
I want to become lost
Where pain cannot find me
And to be one with the frost
In the sweet nothingness

You want the numbness from the cold with sweet nothingness. An amazing poem is brilliantly penned about truth like death and life...10
