Everyone wishes
For kisses
Or sunsets
On stars
By cool windowpanes
Running your fingers
Over and over
The smooth glass.

Wishing
Is wonderful
Enlightening
But what
If all our wishes
Came true?

So much
Would be different in the world
Maybe it would be
Peaceful
Or very violent
Or switching every moment
Never knowing what to expect.

Wish for love
Not hate
Wish for peace
Not violence
Wish for joy
And not sadness

Just in case
All our wishes
Came true.
