Why Do I Love You? Poem by Michael B. Ventura

Why Do I Love You?

Rating: 5.0

Your voice is music to my ears
When you sing, you wipe all my fears
When you speak, ‘tis like I'm in my younger years
The words you whisper delights my heart with happy tears

Why do I love You?

Your jovial expressions drains my stress
The way you smile provides a relaxing rest
Your happy giggles are always the best
And when you stare at me I become speechless

Why do I love You?

When you hold my hand, I feel invigorated
Your sweet kisses makes my heart animated
Your loving hugs makes my soul freshened and enlived
The whole you completes something in me that's deadened

Why do I love You?

I love you simply because my heart and soul loves you.
