Where Am I Outside And Inside Poem by Shalom Freedman

Where Am I Outside And Inside

Rating: 5.0

Another miserable rainy day
In a long winter of mostly miserable days
Another cold invigorating winter day
Another rich water world day
Deepening the greens and the greys
Another day of quiet despair
Another day inspired by the beauty of life

Where am I
Outside and inside
Down and up
Living in the constant contradiction
Ofjoy and affliction
Silent and saying
Playing or praying?

Silent saying conveys that you are both outside and inside. An amazing and brilliant poem is excellently penned.
