In a fantasy situation
Such as this
A chance meeting
Of two minds
Martin Luther King JR
And
Barack Obama

Being from the future
Martin is clearly curious
To interrogate Barack
About what the future holds
How humanity unfolds

Barack explains about how
Segregation between races stopped
And how some of the countries much loved
Stars of sports and screen
Are black
And Martin is amazed
Even more so
When Barack explains
That he
A proud black man
Is now
President of the United States
The most powerful man in the world
