'i can feel you, you're in pain
and you want it to just go away
your knuckles are tender
from beating the walls that will stay down forever
you can't let go and you can't leave
but i'll help you once you believe in me
you just needed someone to love you
to want you and need you too
i can do that, all those things
but you have to believe in me
you want to the stars to shine brighter
you want your eyes to glimmer
and i can do that, all those things
but you have to believe in me
i can make you forget
all the hurt, like you two never met
i can make you happy again
and a heart you will finally win
and to keep forever
and to be rejected never
your pain will be gone
your lost heart has not won
for i have healed it
and it i have kept
never to hurt or give pain
you'll never have to run away
i am with you
i am a part of you
and i love you
keep an opened door
for you don't have to fear and cry any more'
the angel. the angel said these things to me
and i heard and i was finally happy
i'd never though i'd be the one
to whom the angel would come
