What happened to them?
Why didn’t they call out for help?
Why didn’t anyone try to?
What happened to their lives?
What happened to their safety nets?
They never woke up; they can’t escape this night mare.

I’ll tell you what happened,
They all got taken away,
They all had abusers, they all had broken homes.
They all lost their lives; they all lost their safety nets.
They never woke up; they all couldn’t escape their nightmare.
