We Will Poem by Paul Reed

We will get there
Despite the world's ills
We will breathe the air
Swept over the top of the hills

We will win in the end
Get past things in the way
We will get around that bend
And finally hold sway

We will all be together
At the end of this hard trail
No matter the bad weather
We will not falter or fail

And when that day arrives
The growth of all that was planted
We will celebrate our lives
And the chance that we were granted.
