We Are
Looking beyond the horizon where ocean meets the sky,
Thinking how to continue the passion we hope not to die,
For it is our life, we must keep it alive,
Though sometimes the whole world may not be with us.
They may say we're indifferent and stupid,
But that's how we showcase our very own talent,
Criticism is part of molding what's within us,
For without this, we can't obtain what we want.
We may never be understood by everyone,
But we're doing this for those who want to be one,
A writer by heart, soul and mind,
Though most of the time, our world tumbles down.
Looking beyond the horizon where ocean meets the sky, Thinking how to continue the passion these very first sentences attracted me very much dear poetess. you are ambitious.... and at the end you write about your desire to become a writer............ so may God bless you to achieve all your ambitions. work hard without wasting time. thank u dear poetess.
That dream of mine is kinda new to me since I thought about being a writer just recently. Maybe influenced by the books I've read. Thank you by the way.
