High school life is through,
College life is about to come,
Thankful for what I had,
Hoping for more to come.

My feet brought me to this place,
Not even a part of my wildest dream,
For what I want is the other way,
Where I decided to be.

The first was indeed nervous,
New environment and new faces,
For sure new experiences to be made,
Together with these strangers I met.

I found new set of friends,
Where I lay a part of me,
For what I want that time,
Is simply companions for fun.

But as the days passed by,
All I can say is a quick change,
For some bade goodbye,
And others left me behind.

And here am I,
Counting every second, minute and hour,
Each passing day, week, month and year,
Real people slowly come out from nowhere.

These people at first I rarely notice,
For I have my own world to keep,
But these ignored individuals,
Is one of my reasons to continue to live.

Too many to be placed together at first,
But now too few to be divided,
And I'm afraid to lose just even one,
For my life would be incomplete.

Our group makes new stories,
And I guess all genres are present,
For we are good actors and actresses,
In this world's breakable stage.

Attitude issues all the time,
That's what we always argue,
Imperfections show not just sometimes,
But what makes us unique all through.

Endless dramas everyday,
Endless complaints everywhere,
I'm hundred percent sure where it all came,
From you guys which I know for years.

Sometimes, I'm almost fed up,
For all the things you've done,
But still ignoring those stupid stuffs,
For I value what we always have.

Realizations always hit me,
Why I chose to be on this way,
For having people like you,
I must say I'm blessed all the way.

My heart knows why all of you came,
This life of mine once stroked with quietness,
You are my irritating yet harmonious music,
I'll never get tired of listening to it.

All hail, English majors!
So thankful God gave all of you to me,
In this world of maze,
To be with me in my journey.
