Waves Of Sunset Poem by Captain Cur

Waves Of Sunset

Rating: 5.0

You are a lot like
summer evening's
warm scented breezes
lingering, lazily lounging
upon the hills of sunset's
arching bands of color
cascading upwards
peeking over the endless ridge,
lavishly captured in the glowing
twilight of your smile
then dispersed
in the whispering waves
of your breath.

A single hit and many strokes, free-verse poetry is a marvel in run on, unpunctuated flow! ! ! Picturesque! ! !
