Watching Poem by Forever Underestimated

Tears streaming down
Hitting the pavement
Echos:
They fill the room
Surrounded
Overwhelmed
Scared
I hold out a hand
But no one's there to take it
You're slipping away
It's like you don't want me to know
Anymore
Or did you ever really?
Did I simply stumble across something
You never wanted to have found?
It feels like that sometimes
But then I wonder
Did I ever really find anything?
Or are you still hidden in the shadows?
You say you want me to help you; be here for you
Prove it
All I can do now
Is watch
And be killed by the agony
Why don't you trust me?
Is anything I know reality?
