I'm lost
I'm tired
Starving
In pain
Abused
Tortured
Driven insane
Have you come to rescue me?
Or are you just the same?

You're hurt
But you're a warrior
Fighting battles every day
But can I ask
You a question?
Do you know my name?
Do you know that I'm the same?
Do you know what I've been through?
Because you've been through it
Times ten
And the pain you feel
Each day
Well, I know you'd never brag

Your eyes
So bright
Holding back tears
But I know
Through it all
You have no fear

Will you fight for me?
I'll fight for you, too
Please
I'm begging
Because I think I love you
