Wake oh love
For morning has come
Draped in desire
Upon this barren land

The sun rises in the distance
Like waves of gold
Shimmering across the sky

Your lips bear fruits
Like orchards in a desert
Desire and guilt
Guides me towards you

You rise like a ballerina
Only to be engulfed in destiny
Your eyes
Your dark brown eyes
Dances in the morning light

Your voice wakes the birds
From the nests
In jealousy

I smile mesmerized
In love
Completely
