Waiting Poem by Connie Chambers

Waiting

As the norther lights bring dawn to the blackest
night, I wander if you see them to?
See them as I do?
With out these lights Im alone, alone in the wood watching
and waitinguntill you come to walk with me.
W alk with me to that place where worries fade and
we can be free
As I wait I listen to a the wing sing a soft song of
beautiful girls and affectionat guys
Untill the time when you dp come to walk with me
those lights brighten my pleace of waiting with
hews of greens, blues, and crimson reds
Only in my dream do you come, in a dream in which nonoe is there just us and the secrets untold in those brighted woods

to you who ricked it all
