Unexpected Turn Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Unexpected Turn

Considering several plans for upcoming weeks when life
took an unexpected turn, tests having been done, having
to have many more plus surgery real soon.

All on top of what is already going on medically, just
taking a deep breath, crying at times, feeling over-
whelmed, yet gathering inner strength.

Living as well as possible every day, it's difficult,
but there's really no other choice, because family and
friends depend on us being there, wishing at times that
someone could be here for us also.
