TRUST IN THE LORD

When I am weak, when my heart is slowing down in fear, when all around is cold and dull
When tomorrow doesn't look any closer, when the pain in my heart is overflowing…. Oh my Soul!
Hold on and don't give a damn about the stillness or noise that passes, life will play you foul,
When the ground you walk slither and slipper, do not let go….Oh my feet, don't let me fall!

When I look up and watch out but the cold and the mist can't let me see
When they prick you from all sides and throw all kinds of dust at you do not sink in the sea
When it doesn't look bright, and the world is frowning at you, don't lose the zeal
Do not lose your touch, do not lose your faith, God loves you a great deal

When they say it's o'er it has just started! The season has just changed!
The King told his Son, God has to finish what he started and the Son was charged
And the tabernacle was great in the sight of God it, His footstool it remained
With what shall I praise my God, How do I present myself to the Greatest Reverend?

Do not fail me Oh my heart! Do not lose your taste as you sometimes do
Do not fail me Oh myself, do not lose your chaste, do not fall for voodoo
Behold, the whole world gives a standing ovation to Him they Adore
Behold, the heavens bow down to Him without much a do

Power is not power unless it comes from the Father through the Son
If you don't believe please ask the Son and you will receive your vision
I don't know if you can feel it but I feel something going on in my person
If I should lose then let me lose it all for the sake of the Son of Man

I give no regard to wealth nor do I regard this my life
If you should take it, then please hurry up for I am tired of the strife
Oh God give rest to my life I have come to you with my whole self
Every day of My Life as I turn a new leaf

If they should judge me let them do I give no attention to their acuity
When I have reached the edge and about to topple please don't tarry
I have plunged into your world and my fate follows your destiny
When I walk alone and then chance upon the enemy
Please give me the courage to cross to the other side of the valley

If I should rise with you and find myself flying in a different cloud
Please guide me for I really abhor pride
If I should succeed and the crowd gave me an applaud
Let all the praise come back to you Oh creator of the world!
Bless the work of my hands that I may also bless the world

Amen!
