Traits Abase Poem by Mark Heathcote

Traits Abase

She wore peacock earrings
And danced on her toes,
Her heavenly, misgivings…
I only - no one else knows.

She had wings of gold lace
A slim attractive waist
And other traits abase
But truthfully, such a pretty face.
