TO MY FRIEND SEAN



We created great tunes while you were here
But now you’re gone far too soon
A good man you were
But a little strange
A little weird, but that’s o.k.
Unique in your own special way
I miss you so
And I think of you daily
You taught me things
I didn’t know before
I never got a chance
To settle the score
I know now
You’re in a better place
Walking through those pearly gates
I should’ve went first
It wasn’t your time
God left me here
To deal with these issues of mine
You were a friend
And a friend indeed
We’ll meet again someday
I hope you’ll recognize me
