Till We Meet Again Poem by Miu Miu Ayushi

Till We Meet Again

Rating: 5.0

A vision of pure wonder for all to see
Interrupted by the conflict of sadness within me

I can not quite embrace the beauty of this present moment
My heart still confused, wrapped in its inner torment

Held tightly to the heart, awaiting for its release
Seeking the heavens for healing and inner peace

For something in this world has gone terribly wrong
A shift, a feeling of amiss, I cannot accept and go along

A wonderful life of many years gone by
Was taken too quickly, I was not ready to say goodbye

I am reminded of the magical gift of time
Fragile as it is, it may not last a lifetime

For what I knew and what I know today
Is no longer the same as it was yesterday

A growth within me has taken place
This lesson that came from a divine grace

My child, my friend, my companion, my father...
We will be reunited in all of its splendour

Patiently, I will wait for the moment of embrace
Returning me to the origins of my birthplace

No longer a walking wound shall I be on this earth
No longer crippled by pain, waiting for my rebirth

Till we meet again some day
No more than a life time away
