Tick Tock Went The Clock Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Tick Tock Went The Clock

Tick tock went the clock,
And so did Johnny Bottomrock.

Ding dong went the gong
There went praying Mary Long.

Tip tap went the tap,
And there stook big, sweet Mother Black.

Clip clop went the horse's hop,
And there rode old Joe Knickerbock.

Oh my, oh me, this town is new to me
Said little Miss Mary Fussbee.
