can make you fall apart

Three words
that mean something more
three words
that could cause a war

Three words
used every day
three words
used to mold you like clay

Three words
not meant to fake
three words
that cause my heart to break

You told me that you love me
like you thought that I'm the one
but all you did was play me
got what you wanted, then was done

I honestly would lie for you
and go through all the shame
I promise I would die for you
but you wouldn't do the same

I meant everything I said
and I promise this is true
I went through all the heartache
just to fall in love with you
