upon the waxing and waning tide
in a boat of untangible dreams
boundless, I sail far and wide
through sunlight and moonlight beams
farther and wider still
till the shore blends into the suround
where whales feast upon the frantic krill
who sing dirges in memory of the drowned
through stagnant tide and turbulent waves
home is the Sahara of Oceans
to singing pirates in their watery graves
and pitful poets and their opium potions
