when i'm in fear or doubt
I come to you with concerns
which sets a chain reaction in my mind
and it burns
Making things hard, making things complicated
you never say never
letting me know you want for us to be that forever
lifting me up, giving me strength
by having me see that you trully love me
you may not always be around
when i need you
i sometimes want your full attention
but know that there's others who need you
the little things you do
got me convinced that you love me too
and i haven't always made it easy
and i've been weighing on you mentally
but you remain calm about things
and reassure me that its all in my mind
all the things you've done for me
withstanding the test of time
you've got the key to my heart
