There Are Worlds Upon Worlds Upon Worlds

Rating: 5.0

There are worlds upon worlds upon worlds
I have not known and will never know
Most of what has been and what is
Is forever outside my thought and feeling
I like every sentient creature
Am small against the all of what is
And this means
Deep down in myself there should be
A sense of my own smallness
A feeling of my own inadequacy and poverty
A knowledge of my own overwhelming limitation
So that as God commanded
I must try to walk through the world humbly
Until I die.
