The Truth Of Night And Day

light and dark
night and day
love and lust do play
chasing the angel, this demon of sorts
to be trapped in a cage of light
with hair long and dark
skin once so white
a demon, an angel of sorts
though you cannot tell
this chase they do dwell
an eternity or so they go on
it is not for hate that quikens their pace
but a love lost long ago
