The Still Pond Poem by Sarah Barron

The Still Pond

Rating: 4.5

The man I enjoy sharing TIME with.

I was like a still pond, until you came in like a skipping pebble, every skip like our dances, every ripple like a smile, every splash like the sound of laughter, every touch like a kiss, the reflection on the water like a gaze into your eyes, once the pebble begins to softly sink it's like resting in your arms. As a pebble meets a pond, it's effects can never be reduplicated.

Thank you for giving me the dances of a lifetime and adding wonderful ripples to my timeline.
