The skill of a person is
To implement the whole ability
Whole knowledge
And total effort
In a concentrated manner.
The skill can't be accessed
From its caste, creed, or religion
The skill is not a spontaneous expression
But an expression of gathered experience
Summed up with versatile knowledge
And hearty involvement.
