The Shades Of Me Poem by Mogamat Abrahams

The Shades Of Me

Rating: 4.0

I dont always fulfill what i should
Don't get me wrong, i wish i could.
I'd never say it out loud
Shamefully i'm way too proud.
I'd make myself smile
Even though inside, i die.

Just wondering
What do you see when you look at me
Am i normal or a celebrity.
Do i cover your eyes, fool you,
Embarress or stun you?

I have fear to show the side you don't know
Thinking you will reject and rain on my bestow
Seems like i'll never learn
But my trust you'll have to earn
Before you can see
The shades of me

Clowns are what others see...the mask hides the real identity...but still the eyes never ever hides the truth... Keep up the good work! ! !
