The Seed
Plant a seed deep in fertile soil;
wait and watch it burst forth into the light.
Nourish it and encourage it to grow;
beam with pride when one day
it stands healthy and strong on its own
without need of your support.
A fulfilling completion is your harvest;
you have become creator..... a parent.
