The People Who Safeguard The Discipline Well!
In spite of lots of sufferings and woes that had arrived
and make the disciplined activity with penance of the people
who obtained with practice to break and let loose,
The people who have the strength and who can withstand
the woes and uphold the efforts of penance at any cost
has got the pride and prestige and safeguard the discipline well!

ஊக்கித்தாம் கொண்ட விரதங்கள் உள்ளுடையத்
தாக்கருந் துன்பங்கள் தாந்தலை வந்தக்கால்
நீக்கி நிறூஉம் உரவோரே நல்லொழுக்கம்
காக்கும் திருவத் தவர்.57 துறவு, நாலடியார்
