The Narsichist Poem by Nathaniel Graves

The Narsichist

Indulge.
Thieve the pain...
Just how you like it...
How you should like it...
No.
How I should like it...
Simple,
Surprise your eyes,
The love's you've known,
They're getting louder, darker, stronger,
And I can hear, see, and feel.
I can, anywhere...
For everything you've ever lost...
Anywhere...
The saddest times
And the worst times,
Who knew you all too well...
Cling to me,
I can take you tonight, anywhere...
But as a condition:
Never speak to me again...
Because you'll be absent of yourself...
And I'm not worthy of your compliance... ever.
Death me...
Asphyxiate.
