Nathaniel Graves Poems

You are my growing pain,
My pleasure,
Seeping into my bones,
As if you were an arrogant
...

Refrain from the silence!
You know you can't refuse!
But I, on the other hand...
My words don't portray,
...

I looked up,
In the perfect silence;
At the boundless sky.
The atmosphere around me stabs
...

Love... I cannot say,
Whether it's hurt or disarray,
These lasting moments
Speak of obligatory opponents,
...

Innocence;
The 'pure' essence;
The gift of an ignorant
Self-consciousness...
...

We laid on the
Floor of the
Desert...
...I could barely sleep...
...

For you;
Of you;
You:
...

No time for darkly things;
No mind for insightful hearings.
Just space, and the wide angle of
Indignation
...

9.

But the Manic continued
And he continued well,
As there was no regard;
For the Manic continued.
...

A shadowed defeat
Of the continuous
Stranger.
Portraying a
...

Rose;
The petals flutter
In the romance of
Torture and disgust.
...

Shot back
To what was keen
And real –
Stagnant, but true –
...

In retrospect;
My mind wearies,
But my thoughts don't lie.
They may pretend,
...

Pages,
The worshiped pages burn –
The oxide ever so appropriate –
For the burned,
...

How can one perceive
The opposite the other says -
But in the sense -
Continuously
...

Pure as purity can convey,
With white little fickle snowflakes
Falling,
Fluttering – If you will –
...

The sound of solace
Rubbing against the sea of
Eternal reasoning,
Resonates a
...

Dehydrating

Quenching
...

Relationships...
Come and go like the wind,
Sweeping and stirring emotional tantrums,
Cascading ultra-violet rays into a deep
...

Oh, swarming solace of the night,
With breathtaking shadows and light,
Take me for granted; take me for ransom,
For the moon's shy reflection
...

The Best Poem Of Nathaniel Graves

Obsession

You are my growing pain,
My pleasure,
Seeping into my bones,
As if you were an arrogant
Flower,
Rooting my calcium
Dry.
But with great nature
Brings beautiful
Scenery
That envelopes even the most
Brutal pains,
And the most
Pleasureful pleasures,
And confides them into a firm,
Grasp of alleviation and sorrow.
A perfect comparison...
If only this obsession
Wouldn't have
Killed
Me,
Then maybe this would be...
Right.
