The Inner You That I See Poem by louis rams

The Inner You That I See

Women I have met quite a few but none as beautiful as you
You are beautiful from the inside out of that I have no doubt
The way you speak to others, the way you care
Your feelings and thoughts you're willing to share.
You walk with the grace of a queen, something which can be seen
Like so many of us you have your bad times too
Yet you always know just what to do.
You look at problems as a challenge that must be met
And find the best solutions yet.
A strong willed woman who bore the pains of child birth
And has taken it for all it s worth, and as a mother there are
No boundaries that you will not cross, nor any mountain
To high for you to climb to protect this child till the end of time.
YES! This is the inner you that I see and no one can
Take that away from me!
