The Guest Room Poem by Kakoli Mukherjee

The Guest Room

Failures formed the floor,
Sighs the bolts and nut,
Suffering made the roof,
And thus I made my hut.

Happiness knocks sometimes,
Does not stay for many days,
But I with the help of hope,
Keep the guest room ready daily anyways.
