The Girl In The Woods Poem by Johann Graham

The Girl In The Woods

She waits for me patiently
drumming her slender fingers
upon her cheek.
While the stars dance for me
with the songs of angels
in Heaven's keep.
She waits in the drowning woods
her robe lights the yellow,
dead falling leaves.
She waits in the drowning woods
ready to take away
all that I believe.
You will all go where I will
when the twilight of our days
is upon us.
We will all lie down still
and enter the woods
that lies beneath the dust.
Where she waits.
Where she waits.

Would like the meaning, is it about an elderly couple wanting to die in woods and have their bodies return to dust?
