The Devil's Always Glad Poem by Randy McClave

To those that don't believe
The Devil will easily deceive,
When he is looking for the racist or the bigoted kind
Those type of people he will easily find.
Whenever he wants to start a war
He will find those people banging at his door,
And whenever money for crimes and sins are spent
Because of him that money will be happily sent.
Whenever he needs people to fight his battle
Lies and rumors in the ears of fools he will tattle,
And whenever he cries
The people will give him sympathy from his lies.
Though this is sad and scary and grim
People enjoy being used and manipulated by him,
Whenever a person does stupid horrendous things
The Devil is pulling the strings.
Whenever a person writes a lie or a hateful post
The Devil is truly the host,
He was the one behind the thought and the typing
And he was the one behind the accusing and the griping.
When a person does anything that will harm or offend
Those thoughts to that person the Devil did send,
When because of hate, sin or any type of judging causes conflict
The Devil is always behind it.
Whenever people are accused for righteousness sake
The Devil feeds the accusers cake,
When people seek out peacemakers seeking and wanting peace
The Devil wants that nonsense to cease.
Whenever you read or watch about attacks or murders on the news
Which always has a million views,
Whenever the Devil sees or reads anything that is awful or bad
The Devil, is always glad.
