The Deer May Dance Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

The Deer May Dance

Quietly till

Never go after
What you are!
Thank god you are not monkey
Or for that matter foolish donkey

So the quest is unnecessary
For you are given journey
Go over path
And take happy breathe

Once thing is certain
You have to maintain
Your status
With trust

You are not here
To create fear
Or threaten people
And make them to struggle

You are here to spend time nicely
Live and let others live peacefully
Pray the creator for granting such a lovely earthy
And remain quietly till death
