The Burial Of Thoughts And Ideas Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Burial Of Thoughts And Ideas

Tangible and intangible objects can be buried
And interred in the core center of the brain
Once targeted and forgotten, there is less pain
Less concerns. The subjects are captured and unfreed.

It is necessary to treat them like worthless ashes
Of a past relationship. It is time to move on
To a novel direction, to a virgin horizon
And it's not shocking to burn them like trashes.

A thought can be interred like a mutilated body
Of a fat cat. It is always a good thing to fly
To reach the summit or the top of the tree.

Everything is passing like the seasoned butterfly
Like the boundless river, under the busy and heavy sky
Some thoughts and ideas are rotted in the cemetery.
