Tempos Taking Limelight Off Of Tears Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Tempos Taking Limelight Off Of Tears

Rushing quickly into melodies of sadness, wanting to
chase their feelings of sorrow that somehow won't be
chased away.

Tempos quickening faster into the night, doing their
best to take the limelight off of tears flowing in-
teriorly throughout life.

Rocking and rolling, attempting to hide behind rhythms
of silence, finding there's no peace to be found any-
where.

Measures of music seeming to be lengthened through an
instrumental bliss, filling heart and soul with intense
feelings of sounds touching this being.
