Tabulating Lies Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Tabulating Lies

Long-lasting beliefs unfold while growing up,
aging into many tomorrows unaided.

Listening to all the voices through the years,
tabulating lies against truths, coming to the
conclusion that most people lie on a constant
basis.

Why this is so, is a mystery to consider; why
are so many people avoiding the truth and being
so dishonest throughout their lives?

Why can't people just face the world headlong
without twisting the truths of our lives so
often?

Listening to all the voices through the years, tabulating lies against truths, coming to the conclusion that most people lie on a constant basis. Very truly said everything in this poem. This happens due to lack of conscience and as many go away from truth. Very nicely brought in to notice. Beautiful poem.
