Still we bleed

Still we bleed
the sympathy we need
the scares have not gone away
the memory of partitions till stays

what was their fault?
they had never sought
the partition for homeland
they wanted harmony and one land

Millions were butchered
thousands were not properly sheltered
for long 70 years. they were persecuted
kidnapped, raped and finally fled

what are we doing?
on their name, we are rioting
burning property and targeting police
what are we showing to world as promises!

India is not meantfor sheltering criminals
or terrorists and nice individuals
we are for humanity
and obey it as order from an almighty

the doors shall remain shut
we shall take precaution to cut
any link from within or outside
the country shall not be further divided
