Why do we have to part ways
After being together for so long?
Why must we have to say goodbye?
Shattering our hopes of being together forever
All our dreams are brought down to nought
And our newly found joy to sorrow
Thinking of you makes me soaked in tears
And remembering the memories of our short lived love story
Makes my eyes heavy
The only hope i have is live
And that we will still have each other
No matter how distant we are from each other
