Far Away From Love Poem by AY.PRINCE JONES

Far Away From Love

FAR AWAY FROM LOVE
I'm weary, I'm faint
I'm broken, I'm torn apart
By the lonely cries
That prick my heart
I am shattered
I'm lost, I'm tired
Of trying to find love
I gaze at every
R and J
When mine is history
Even before the launching
I'm so bare
With sorrow and confusion
Squatting like friends
But I choose to leave
I choose to leave clean
I choose not to be seen
I choose to be missed
I choose to embark on a journey
Away from your eyes
To a place
Far away from your smiles
A place
Where I'm left
With only an imagination
Of your frowns
A place
Where I can no longer
Be a distraction
To your infractions
To a place
Where lovelorns belong
A place
Far away from love ❤.
