soon i will see a world beyond me
i am no longer touched
and i am no longer interested about how it tastes
sweetness like bitterness
comes to nothing but a passing wind
whispering nothing to me anymore

soon i will just be only wings moving away
to a land that i know exists
but knows it not exactly where

soon i will be above myself
and then i shall laugh with all earnest

i am now perfect.
you do not affect me, but i shall affect you.
