Song Of Reality Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Song Of Reality

A song of reality wanting to be alone, not being bothered
or taken for granted in this life, so taken by freedom
and liberty, never wanting anything less.

Telling others to mind their own business when they try
to pry into personal lives that they have no business
knowing about at all.

Spans of living taking one beyond questions and prying
that drive a quiet person into a fiery anger, slipping
out past crowds, keeping freedom as a prize to oneself.
