Snaps Poem by Debayudh Chatterjee

Snaps

The snaps you gave still pinch my dormant conscious
Like my love- long lost
As new doors unravel new faces reminding
the frost and cold of days solemnly passed

the old lost tunes and melodies knock once more as you sing
and will you allow, and will you caress me

if I desire to fly off once more upon your dreamy wings?
