Smile Poem by Kaki Venugopala Rao

Smile

Smile... smile... smile
The silent language
Of happiness and beauty,
When your lips cease to expand
Into a smile,
You just remain
Flower-bud, dear,
Concealing your beauty,
Grace and glory;
A flower-bud following
Nature's law unfolds
Its petals and expands
Into a blossom,
Displaying its beauty,
Grace and glory,
You can't be against
Nature and its laws,
You too need to expand
Your rosy lips and bloom
A radiant smile,
Revealing your beauty,
Grace, glory and happiness,
Then you'll be a full-blown
Bloomed blossom,
How nice it's!
The world wishes
To see you smile
And spread your happiness
All around you,
Dear Sweetie, smile..smile..smile
