Skeleton Trees Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Skeleton Trees

Looking while riding in the van, trees being passed by, tall, short, palm, mesquite, palo verde, some like skeletons of their former selves.

Leaves having been ripped off their branches by many storms we've had throughout the year - somehow surviving them all and living still.
