Since I Don'T Have You Poem by Jennifer Gordon

Since I Don'T Have You

There is nothing left of me.
Nothing that I can see.
Cause what hurt the most was you not being there
No one to hold me tight
when I am cold or when I’m scared

What I miss the most is you just being there.
By my side
When you’d really look me in the eye.
I miss the hugs and the sleepless nights
I gave you all of me.
now there is nothing left for you or me here.

My glow has dispersed.
I have truly faded.
in to the dark
Where you left me.
No, where I ran away to.
I dug the whole I fell in.
yet you put me there.

This place where I am in.
No one can see this path
Stuck in Limbo
and I have nothing
Nothing left but the memories and,

I have the tears in my heart.
I still have nothing
I have the air still on my neck
I have nothing.
I have the warmth in my soul
I have nothing.
I have your fingerprints embossed in my skin
Yet I still have nothing
Because I have nothing
since I don’t have you.
